Privacy Policy
This policy covers the felimentix.com website only. The website is run by Vadzim Sharai, an independent developer based in Georgia, publishing under the name Felimentix ("we", "us"). The game 2048 Quest: Roguelike Merge has its own privacy policy.
In short
- This is a static website. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no forms and no comments.
- We do not run analytics scripts or advertising on it and we do not use third-party trackers.
- The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived server logs for security and performance.
- The only personal data we receive from you is what you send us by email.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through Cloudflare's content delivery network. When you open a page, Cloudflare receives your IP address, the address of the page you requested, the time of the request and standard browser headers such as the user agent and referrer. Cloudflare uses this data to serve the site, to protect it from abuse and to produce aggregated traffic statistics. Those statistics show us counts of page views by country, browser and page; they contain no personal data and we cannot identify individual visitors from them. We do not receive or keep raw request logs. Cloudflare's own handling of this data is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own and use no local storage. Cloudflare may set a cookie that is strictly necessary to protect the site against automated abuse; it holds no personal data and expires within a day. No consent banner is shown because no other cookies are used.
Fonts
The pages load two typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and standard request headers. Google states that it does not use Google Fonts requests to build profiles or to serve advertising. See Google Fonts privacy information. No other external resources are loaded.
Contacting us
If you email contact@felimentix.com, we receive your email address, the content of your message and anything you attach. We use it only to answer you. Mail for that address is delivered to a mailbox hosted by Google Workspace. We plan to delete support emails 12 months after the request is closed.
What we do not collect
- No accounts, passwords, names or profiles.
- No analytics or advertising scripts, no tracking pixels, no social media widgets.
- No precise location.
- No data sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes, ever.
Third parties
- Cloudflare, Inc., hosting and content delivery. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google LLC, Google Fonts and the Google Workspace mailbox behind our contact address. See Google's privacy policy.
These providers process data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside the country you live in, including in the United States and the European Union. We rely on their standard contractual safeguards for such transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, to object to or restrict certain processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The only data we hold about website visitors is the email you may have sent us; write to the same address to have it deleted.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the website changes in a way that affects your data and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
